About The Artist painter, born 1902, Poland, died 1992. Helped his father in decorating ceilings, including Synagogue ceilings. His father drew stencils on thick paper, and he cut them out with a pen-knife and developed his love for and talent in paper-cuts from this. A founder of Ein Hod Artists' Village. In the sixties produced paper-cuts on festival and literary subjects.
