  • About The Artist Aaron Priver, Sculptor. b. 1902, Poland. Immigrated 1922. Studies: 1921-22 Vienna; Bezalel, Jerusalem. Prizes: 1936, 1947-48 Dizengoff Prize; 1949 Tel Aviv Municipality Prize. Memorial Sculptures: In Memory of the Fallen of the War of Independence at Tel Yosef and ?Yad Lebanim?, Petah Tikvah. 1938 Monumental sculpture, "Lot's Wife", exhibited in New York. His works located in public places: Tel Aviv Municipality; Bank of Israel. Worked in marble, stone, basalt, wood and bronze. Died 1979.
